Marty Pospischil Marty has been helping clients buy and sell homes since 1993. Having earned his Professional Engineering designation in 1986, he worked as a Civil Engineer for the City of Vancouver. This Engineering experience has been invaluable in helping his clients assess, buy and sell their homes. Marcus Maia - Client Services Manager
Marcus heads our Client Services Department and is your main resource when you are buying a home with Marty's real estate team. After your first preliminary meeting with Marcus and Marty, all your purchase parameters will be added to our client portfolio management system and our automated buyer update system (ABU). In addition to your prescheduled tours, ABU will update you daily via email on each hot new listing that meets your specifications. Marcus' expertise in purchasing and our full service support team will ensure you make the best purchase for your needs. |

Myrna Idang - Office Administrator
Myrna manages all the background work in the successful purchase/sale of your home. When working with us you will have the opportunity to speak with Myrna. She will handle all your administrative requests that you have throughout your transaction. |

Stephanie Lim - Vendor Marketing Coordinator
Stephanie coordinates all showings and marketing for your home when listed for sale. She will be your main 'front-lines' contact/support person during the sales process and offer you feedback on how the showings went and provide suggestions on how you can show your home better. Also, every two weeks to a month, she will prepare a Marketing Service Report to update you on the current status of your property relative to the market. |
